Biography

Josh, is a Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer dedicated to providing high quality training to everyone he works with. As well as working with Sole2Soul, Josh works for the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapist who specialises in working with clients who have depression, anxiety and stress related difficulties. In addition to his BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Josh has two post graduate qualifications, from UCL and Kings College London, in delivering effective CBT. In his clinical work, Josh helps people understand the importance of lifestyle change, exercise, sleep and diet, in order to improve physical and psychological wellbeing; there are numerous research papers now demonstrating this.  He also uses evidence based, cognitive and behavioural techniques, to help people make positive, practical changes in their lives.
