Biography

Sarah Watts is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Clinical Lead with the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust South Staffordshire IAPT teams. She qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2003 and has worked in adult mental health services since then, including services for older people in community and inpatient settings. She has always had interests in service development and development of the workforce. As well as working clinically, she supervises and trains other therapists. Sarah also works strategically with commissioners and corporate colleagues to balance meeting required service outcomes with ensuring meaningful focus on the patient and the provision of evidence based therapies.
